Please note:
Children below the age of 4 are not permitted to fly with us.
Due to safety reasons, anyone over three months pregnant is not permitted to fly with us.
We take CC details when you phone to confirm your booking, payment is made on the day of flight.
Maximum weight per passenger is 136 kgs / 300 lbs / 21.50 stone.
It is extremely important for flight planning that we have accurate weights, it is a legal requirement that each person be weighed before the flight.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 4 days of flight a 50% charge is payable, if you cancel within 2 days of flight or not show up, full price is payable.
If Sunrise Balloons cancels the flight due to unsuitable weather conditions, there is no charge.
