We take CC details when you phone to confirm your booking, payment is made on the day of flight.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel within 48hrs of flight a 50% charge is payable, if you cancel within 24hrs of flight or not show up, full price is payable. If Sunrise Balloons cancels the flight, there is no charge.
